Debbie Reed, Ph.D., the President/CEO of Chaddock, serves as the facilitator, instructor, and coach of the Nonprofit Leadership Academy. Debbie Reed has more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit human services sector and has served as the senior-most leader of a nonprofit organization for nearly 15 years. She has a Master’s degree in Leadership and earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership in 2021. She developed and has led a Nonprofit Leadership Academy for more than 15 years, helping to grow the skills of current and emerging leaders from a range of nonprofit organizations. As a published author, Debbie provides training, consultation, and executive coaching to a host of nonprofit leaders and organizations.
